General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bd989 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing bd989.app, downloading the bd989 Android APK, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bd989 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

bd989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd989 will notify active account holders via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the bd989 platform globally, with specific provisions applying to players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Where Bangladeshi law imposes additional obligations or restrictions, those obligations apply in addition to — not instead of — the general provisions set out here.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bd989 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bd989 operates exclusively for adults. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of access.

Account Registration & Verification

To access games, place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw winnings, you must register a bd989 account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active bd989 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. bd989 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or pending withdrawals associated with accounts found to have been opened in breach of this rule.

• KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, bd989 requires identity verification under our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You will be required to submit a valid National ID (NID) card or passport photograph, a selfie for facial match verification, and proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and mobile number).
• Verification Timeline: KYC verification is typically completed within one to two hours of document submission during normal operating hours at Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). During periods of high volume — such as BPL season or Eid promotional periods — verification may take up to 24 hours.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bd989 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, bank transfer (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20). All BDT transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction as displayed in the bd989 cashier.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all BDT mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum USDT deposit is the equivalent of ৳500 at the current rate.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. For USDT, the minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of ৳1,000 at the current rate. Bank transfer withdrawals have a minimum of ৳2,000.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. USDT withdrawals typically settle within 10 minutes subject to network confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard bank processing schedules.
• Withdrawal Fees: bd989 does not charge platform fees on any withdrawal method. Your mobile banking provider's standard transaction charges may apply independently of bd989.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bd989 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless the player has selected USDT as their primary currency. Mixed-currency accounts are not supported.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd989 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, Eid and Pohela Boishakh festival offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the bd989 platform.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on bd989 unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's terms before the bonus is activated.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. New player welcome bonuses are available only to accounts that have not previously received a welcome bonus. One bonus per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry timers begin at the moment the bonus is credited to the account.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. • Bonus Abuse: bd989 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void related winnings, and close the associated account if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns to exploit wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to meet bonus conditions artificially, or any other strategy that bd989 reasonably determines to be exploitative.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits. A player may withdraw their real-money deposit balance at any time, but doing so may result in the cancellation of any active bonus and associated winnings derived from that bonus.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a bd989 account holder, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bd989 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bd989 support.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your bd989 account.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one bd989 account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human process to interact with the bd989 platform, including game play, bonus harvesting, or account registration.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or coordinated betting strategies with other players designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform's odds and markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited bug may be voided at bd989's discretion.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as apparent gaming winnings.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory towards bd989 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent bd989's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion periods, deposit limits, or cooling-off restrictions, by opening new accounts or using third-party credentials.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bd989 account to any third party for any reason, including to recover a self-excluded account.

bd989 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including the immediate suspension of the account, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and disclosure of account information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd989 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where any of the following applies:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bd989 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a verification request.
• The account holder has been identified as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• The account holder has opened duplicate accounts in breach of the single-account policy.
• bd989 is required to close the account by operation of applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, bd989 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the payment method on file within 5–10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any legitimate real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the verified payment method on the account, subject to the minimum withdrawal thresholds and completion of KYC verification.

Liability & Disclaimer

The bd989 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While bd989 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, game availability, and payment processing reliability, bd989 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network conditions, and events outside bd989's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, and payment provider outages) may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd989's total liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd989 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: platform downtime, game malfunctions, incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors, payment processing delays caused by third-party mobile banking providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), or any action taken by bd989 in good faith under these Terms including account suspension and bonus cancellation.

• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or spin, bd989 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game round may be cancelled. The decision of bd989 in such cases is final.
• Odds and Market Errors: If a sports betting market is settled at incorrect odds due to a data error, bd989 reserves the right to re-settle the market at the correct odds. Where re-settlement results in a lower payout, any overpayment already credited may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• Third-Party Content: bd989 is not responsible for the content, performance, or fairness of individual game titles supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Disputes regarding the fairness of a specific game outcome should be directed to the relevant game provider.
• Internet Connectivity: bd989 is not responsible for losses or missed opportunities resulting from the player's internet connection failing during a live game, a cash-out window, or a bet placement attempt. Players in Bangladesh are advised to use a stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection when playing for real money.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bd989's internal complaints process should be submitted to bd989 in writing via [email protected]. bd989 will endeavour to resolve all formal complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
